We get our data from network owners, who grant us permission to make maps of their network and their on-net buildings visible and searchable within FiberMap.
No. Our customers can only view and print your fiber maps. The underlying data (like KML/KMZ files) is not available for download and we do not otherwise redistribute it. On-net building lists are also not available to our customers in bulk.
Yes! We know how frustrating it can be to have fiber a short lateral away but be passed over by potential customers only because your network wasn't listed as on-net at that location.
FiberMap automatically calculates and displays nearby networks alongside on-net networks for all of our customer's address searches and automated reports. Our customers will always know if your network is nearby.
We'll reach out to a contact of your choice at least every quarter to ensure your data is up to date. That's it. There is no system integration or software development required.
